Customer Education and OnboardingHelp-centre articles, getting-started guides, training documentation, video walkthroughs, and onboarding flows that get users from confused to confident. Equally comfortable writing for developers or absolute beginners.
Learning Design and Curriculum DevelopmentLearning experiences scaffolded around what people actually need to be able to do. Background includes building a full beginner-to-intermediate DJ curriculum from scratch, and a decade of road-safety education with the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).
Content Strategy and Technical WritingClear, audience-focused content across web, editorial, product, and instructional contexts. Brand voice, information architecture, plain-language rewrites, and the structural thinking that makes content useful.
Website and Platform BuildsEnd-to-end builds and platform migrations on Shopify, Squarespace, Cargo, and Hugo - content, configuration, and the integrations (MailerLite, Cloudflare Workers, analytics) that make sites actually function. Technical enough to build software myself, and able to explain it to clients who aren't.
Brand and Visual IdentityVisual identity systems built on a foundation of graphic design training and sixteen years working with image. Brand voice, logo and monogram design, typography, and photography direction. Recent identity work includes Stav Rose, SignetSoul, and Strange Paradise.
AI-Assisted WorkflowsI use AI daily across design, writing, and software development - allowing me to ship faster and iterate more deeply, always with human editorial judgement at the centre.
